The uefi bios is too many voltages to touch.
I put 1.48v and it could not do 4.7Ghz . PLL 1.90v ,,,,,,
My dads sandy 2600k does 4.2Ghz @ 1.31v , Im putting 1.48v into it and it wont even do 4.7Ghz. If it was my computer I could take my dads sandy to 4.6Ghz easy with a lower voltage.
Ive also seen Sandy E powners of the 6 core chip have low OCes .....
Is there a secret bios setting.
