Is 3D Analyze an emulator?

I'm not quite sure, I currently use it to play WoW.

Because, without it, it brings up error message (I think it's one of the Microsoft Visual C++ packages causing the problem).

No it is not and you shouldn't need it. There is probably something else wrong with your computer.

Correct me if I am wrong...it's an ANCIENT program which "enables hardware transform and lightning" for GPUs which didn't support it..back in the 1990s-2000s...which would only makes sense if your GPU is something like 900 years old. I am not even kidding, otherwise any GPU, even from 15 or so years back supports hardware T&L. Those GPUs which didn't support hardware T&L, in the early 90s, PRE Nvidia TNT and PRE GTX 256. Ancient, literally.
