I need a low cost network solutions to connect about 20 computers distributed over several rooms. I'm thinking using several 3COM 3C16700 hubs together.
I think 10Mbps is enough because it would be use mainly for broadband sharing and sometimes files transfer.
I used some cheapy hubs before but sometimes one or rwo comps won't connect to the network.
So I want make sure this time the network will be reliable. I'll use (already owned) Linksys 4-port router.
Also what's the market price of 3C16700 in the USA?
