Is 32C idle on First Boot normal? At stock speeds... maybe the AS5 has not spread completely, yet?

This is a BIOS reading.

Opteron144 w/ Stock HSF
2x120MM antec Case Fans.
x800GTO w/ x850 Fan (dual slot)
epox 9npa+ (doing the temp reading).
 
tough question, but here's how to find out
step 1: stick your finger in your mouth
....that should be 36.5 to 37.5 degrees C.
Step 2: realize the chip is cooler than your skin
Step 3: relax (i had to resist writing "chill out")
...seriously though 32 is great, and nothing to worry about....unless the bios is misreporting the temp...
...anyway, don't bat an eye until at *least* the low 40s
