is 300watts enough for this p4 system?

i am building a p4 system with the following:

P4 1.6a Northwood (going to be at) 2.4
Abit TH7-II Mobo
2x256 MB pc800 Ram (running at like 800Mhz)
GF4 ti4400
CD-Rom
12x Burner
60gig Maxtor 7200RPM HD
Floppy
SB Live! Platinum! 5.1
Nic Card
Retail HSF
5 Case fans

i need to know if the p4 ready 300watt antec is FOR SURE enough power for this rig! please respond quickly!

Why 5 case fans?? The powersupply fan plus one exhaust fan would be plenty. R
