That's a crappy answer. What does "good quality" mean to someone who doesn't know anything about power supplies? Plenty of 300W PSU's are barely enough to power a 1GHz processor with one hard drive and one CDROM, and you can't just look at it and see quality.
There are plenty of threads describing exactly what to look for.
A generic PSU should be fine even for that. I am using a PSU I got with a case a while ago, I think it's 350W, and I am running 4 HDs, 2 CD drives, floppy drive, a case fan, and a p4 oced to 2.4 and I have yet to have any issues.
