is 300W enough?

I'm building a new computer and I'm now selecting a case and PSU. Given a standard setup (and only add-in card will be a videocard), is a 300W power supply enough. The price difference between that and 350 is only $20, but if I don't need the extra juice, there's no point in getting it. Advice anyone?
 
I got an Antec 300w running my:
athlon 1.4 266fsb
gf2 pro 32 mb
512 crucial
yamaha 16x10x40
32x cd rom
nic
sound
and good old floppy


no problems here
