Is 300 watts and 19A on the 12v enough

If I need to upgrade so be it.

I have 2 HDD and an Amd X2. Just want to know if anyone has tried using this card in a lower wattage setting?

If it does actually run the card in intense 3D games, the PSU will fry shortly because it will be pushing out as much power as it possibly can.

Unfortunately, you just missed a really good deal at Newegg for Antec's 500w Earthwatts PSU for $50.

Anyway, here's an extremely good deal on Corsair's 550, which should last you several more years:

Depends on your PSU. A solid PSU like seasonic will have no problem running it. If you have a budget one, then I'd recommend buying a new one.

Regardless, 19a on a single 12v rail running a dual core processor and a hot video card is a lot of strain.
