18-22 yr olds don't think of anything about older people in college. I'm 27 and finishing my last year for my bachelor at Berkeley. Heck, I'm popular among clubs and classmates because they know I'm old! I think, act, speak more maturely than most guys and girls dig it haha. Just don't act like a stranger thinking your age will get in your way. Join clubs and be involved and you'll sometime forget you're 30.

Only you can set limits for yourself =) I just turned 29 and just started school back in May (when I was 28). It's only too late if you impose that limit upon yourself, no one else can do it, at least not in this country =)

I've seen some 30+ students in my electrical engineering courses and I have respect for them. It's never too late to learn as long as you like what you're doing. I've met one of the older students and he was 45 so...30 ain't so bad.

Just finished mine and I'm 29. Currently working on my Master's now. But no, it's not too late. I'll never say it'll be easy, but you can do it.

Is 30 years old too old to do this? i.e. will I get weird looks from the 18-22 yr olds?

Yes you will get weird looks, especially when you score better than them. But if they give you crap, tell em to piss off. Be proud of yourself for doing it.
