I recently flashed the bios on my DFI Lanpary Ultra B, and now that my FSB will OC Pretty good, i was wondering if it was safe to run 2.8 or maybe even 2.9 volts into my RAM.

It should be fine, however are you sure that you need to push that much voltage to the memory for stability?

I needed to bump the voltage to 2.8v to get the RAM to run stable even at 233mhz (its rated speed).

I don't what voltages i would need to use to get higher speeds as my DFI LP maxes out at 135mhz FSB.

Without that much volatage the system isn't PRime Stable, so i do need that mch voltage

You should be fine up to around 2.8V to 2.85V more than that may be pushing it for those modules and w/ that high a voltage you want to make sure you have good case ventalization (sorry bad spelling :p). Hope this helps... :)

Something else is wrong - your ram should be able to run at it's rated speed without increasing its voltage. ;)

Yeah thats what i was thinking, I may call the Egg and get it RMA'd (I wonder what the will give me as they don't sell this RAM anymore.).
