Is $185(shipped) for a new 9800 Pro 128(256bit) good?

Hey, guys.

I was deciding between a 6600GT AGP and a 9800 Pro AGP. The cheapest I've seen a 6600GT AGP is for about $240, but I have a deal where I can get a new 9800 PRO 128MB (256bit) for $175 shipped and no tax. The 6600 is faster, but is it worth it if I can get the 9800 for such a price? (EDIT: Oops, there is $10 in tax, so $185 total)
 
What video card do you have right now? When the dust settles with teh 6600GT it will definitely be below 199 and probably 15-20 bucks less. I'd wait or at the very least I'd go for the 6800OC that sells for Outpost for 250.
 
I have a GF4-Ti4600. Yeah, I can manage I suppose, I am just getting tired of waiting. I imagine whenever the x700 AGP is out the 6600GT will drop in price.

Boo, I can't decide. I've seen 2 6800OC for about 250 now too!

Yeah wait. Your GPU is good enough to hold you over for at least 2 months. Me, on the otherhand, could not wait for the 6600GT AGP and bought the 9800pro the day before the 6600GT came out :/
But, I was upgrading from a Radeon 8500 64MB 😛

My 2005fpw comes this week, so we'll see how the 4600 handles things. lol. Just have to try to hang in there until January.
