I am building a server ( dual processor) the price difference for each processor between 933 and 1 ghs is $135/- so total 270

is it worth it?

i can not anything about the prices as I have buy from this company as my company has an account with them.
 
according to what i have seen the 866 seems like the sweet spot right now; but to awnser your qusetion, no 133mhz is not worth $270.
 
You will barely notice the difference if at all. 1000 seems to be more of a milestone than anything. 🙂
 
you won't notice a thing. generally, anything over 850mhz you can't really tell a difference. make sure that if you aren't overclocking that you get a 988EB so that you have the 133mhz fsb 🙂
 
andhra, $135x2 for 66 2/3MHz is defintely not worth it. I would even consider 866s instead of 933s, unless you really need the little bit of extra performance.
