Is 1066 DDR2 required for o/cing Phenom II?

Or will my DDR2 800 do ok? Not a hardcore o/cer but I would like to aim for 3.2-3.4ghz on a 920.

No, it is not. You can set memory dividers to keep your memory within it's spec or close to it. Lower memory bandwidth itself will net you less performance in SOME applications, but not by a whole hell of a lot. I was running my 940 with DDR2-667 for a bit until my new ram showed up.
