Is 1.8v vcore alright?

My AMD rig (listed in profile) w/ an SLK800 & TT SF2 won't get up to 2300mhz without bumping the core all the way up to 1.8v. It's perfectly stable then, and still idles at 41C, and maxes at 47C.... So if the temps are ok, does that mean I'm good to go? Or am I reducing the life expectancy of this chip to less than a year?
It's currently running 200x11.5.

8600 Sandra CPU points though... heh. Is this worth it really? I mean, I'm not doing much gaming on it (it has a GF2.) Should I just clock it back down until I get a decent vid card in there?

Core temps are probably higher than that by 3-5 degrees... but that's still acceptable.
