Is 1.4v too much for a Callisto core?

Ok I've had this thing running at 3.8Ghz on 1.3875v for awhile now, but my gf reported than it shut off and rebooted itself yesterday. Uh-oh. I just bumped it to 1.4v and will see how it runs. But I'm wondering if it may be too much for it. Anyone know? I have a nice big tower HS/F on it and my temps are like 27c so heats not an issue...

So far so good. Don't know about the mobo, but it has the setting for it in the BIOS. The PS is an Antec Earthwatts 500 so that shouldn't be a problem either....

There could be 1000 reasons that your computer restarted. Maybe there was a power cut off at your house, for example.
Overclock your cpu as it should, not blindly upping the voltage without even knowing if the cpu is the culprit for the restart.
