I don't know what the overclocking norms are for Athlon CPUs. I just got a 1GHz Athlon T-Bird blue core and an Asus A7Pro. I didn't even bother putting the CPU in the socket before connecting the L1 bridges (way too easy). I used the same Hedgehog that I used on my overclocked P3. Since the A7Pro is the same as the A7V minus the Promise controller, I used the latest A7V BIOS. I got a whole bunch more FSB settings after that, but 103MHz is as stable as I can get to be able to run it all day. I'm using the 11 multiplier with the 103MHz bus and 1.8 volts. It's very stable. When I try 12x100, it doesn't even make it into Windows. 11.5 x 103 seems stable at first, but after an hour or so it locks. It just seems weird getting only a 13% overclock when I had a 57% overclock with the P3. heh I'll play around with it more later.
