Irritating clipboard issue in Outlook 2K

I'm using Outlook 2000 w/ SP-3 and everytime I copy something two or more times, an oh so convenient clipboard manager pops up. Anyone know how I can disable it?

Me too, even when you click it to close and it says "it looks like you don't wanna to display this" or something similar (thinks of the hey!...it looks like you're writing a letter...f*** off video from salmondays.tv!)...but now I have done this, hopefully it's gone forever!
