IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL BSOD... Help!

Okay, here's what I've got:

Vista 32 bit
EVGA e-7100/630i mobo (brand new)
GeForce 8600GT video card (brand new)
New memory 4 Gigs

I keep getting the BSOD with "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" BSOD.

I was getting it very frequently so I decided just to replace everything above, but kept the same OS and updated the drivers.

I've replaced everything and am still getting the same errors, the only thing I haven't replaced is a fresh install and it's only a couple of months old and my power supply.

How can I diagnose this problem?

(Hey, I've been looking for an excuse to update anyway, so I jumped on this, unfortunately, I spent about $500 and still have the same problem. Help me fix this before the wife figures it out and gets pissed, LOL)

I haven't run the memory tests yet. I am installing the MS patch right now. I'll let you know, thanks!

I installed all the updates, it appears I already had all of them except one. I reset my bios to fail safe and ran all the tests, no problems, so it's either fixed or it's a software problem...

I would still recommend setting at least the memory voltage manually in BIOS.

The 2x2GB G.Skill memory might not always be able to run at 4-4-4-12 at 800MHz, so if it runs well at 5-5-5-15-2T with no errors, I would leave it at that.

If you still have problems, try running your memory at 667MHz, preferrably 1:1 with the FSB.
