IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL error in XP

Anyone else been getting this blue screen error in Windows XP? I heard it might be a driver problem or 2 components sharing the same IRQ and causing the error.

IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL is a sign that your system is unstable.....usually due to an overclock that has gone too far, or some other component causing troubles like RAM.
