IRQ woes with SBlive! value and Pinnacle Tv tuner

i just upgraded from a sb16 to an sblive value and i've had nothing but troubles with my tv card since.... i've tried moving the cards to a different slot but the only free slot i have is the one below the agp slot and this shares an irq with the vid card and it doesn't look like any of these cards can function while sharing an irq. what else can i do? i've tried uninstalling both cards and re-installing them one at a time. at the boot screen they are listed with different irq's and in windows they have different irq's but for some reason the tv card just doesn't want to work. any ideas?

Did your SB Live come with the latest drivers from creative. There are Live 3 drivers at their site that could very well solve your problem. I had similar situation and with the new drivers, voila, everything works fine.

thanx.. i tried the new drivers to no avail so i just went and bought a $5 ISA nic card so i could move the live to another slot and now everything is working fine.
