IRQ Sharing Question

It seems my video card, audio card, as well as both onboard USB hubs are sharing IRQ 11 using IRQ Steering or whatever you call it. The components were installed using plug and play. Is there a way reshuffle or manually set things such that preferably my video card and audio card is using it's own IRQ. Reason I'm asking is that my Everquest game, which is video and audio intensive crashes on me constantly and I'm sure it's the IRQ sharing that's causing this because I've totally disabled sound on the game and haven't had a crash yet. Any help or referral to a good website is appreciated. Thanks.

What OS do u have
On win98
Go to control panel -> system -> divice manager -> display adapters -> recorces.
Im not sure if its a good idea to change it this way.
I think SiSoft Sandra has a good IRQ orginizing tool
