IRQ sharing - problem?

Just wondering if this is a problem - on my system IRQ 11 is shared between 5 things:
GeForce3 (graphics)
Herc GT XP (sound)
Accton Adaptor (network)
Via USB controller (USB)
Another Via USB controller (USB)

Are these sharing one IRQ a problem? I do have occasional crashes (particular after quiting or alt-tabbing from a processor intensive program).
