I just got a linksys wireless pci card (v2.7), but i'm having trouble installing it. as soon as i install the drivers my computer freezes. i thought it was an irq conflict so i tried both of my other two pci slots, but got the same results. nothing has been installed in those slots previously too.
here's my current pci setup:
mobo: Soyo k7v Dragon plus
aiw radeon 8500dv in agp pro slot
Sound Blaster Audigy oem in pci slot 4
acer 56K fax/data modem in pci slot 5
i tried the linksys card in slots 1, 2 and 3 to no avail. any idea what's wrong?
