IRQ and VGA Problems!! I need Help guys.

Hello,
I have a :
ECS P5VX-BE
Pentium 233 MMX
96MB SIMM RAM
DLink NIC PCI
ATI Mach 64 1MB PCI
ATI TV Wonder PCI
ESS 1686 Sound ISA
WDC 2.1GB
40X CD-Rom
Windows 2000

I have a messed up VGA card I know, I'm trying to upgrade to a Geforce 2MX PCI but my PC does not start with it. I think I know why, my PC has NO IRQ for the VGA card. When I go to (control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager/Display Card) I get the normal I/O, Memory Used.. BUT NO IRQ for the Device.

I thought the motherboard might be old, but even older motherboards have IRQ for the VGA card. I tried different VGA cards and still the same problem. I need the IRQ for the VGA because I CANNOT watch VCR/TV with my ATI TV Wonder without an IRQ for the VGA card. Could there be a Jumper that sets an IRQ to the VGA card? Or is there an option in the BIOS to set one? If there is I did not find one. Thanks for ANY help. Have a good day. I know I thisis a tough question I hope I explained this as clearly as I could.

<< ATI Mach 64 1MB PCI >>

that card doesn't need an irq hence no irq is listed for it!
suggest you remove it in device manager, shut down & then replace the card!
window should detect the new card on reboot.

I tried it, and it did not work. I put in my old Matrox Millenium 2MB PCI card. The system worked and booted, but the card STILL has NO IRQ desiganted to it. Anybody has another suggestions??
And I still cannot get my visiontek geforce 2 MX200 32MB PCI to work on the system I know the card works, I placed it into a different system and XP recognized it. What can stop it from working on a 233 Pentium MMX?

Normally in Bios under "PNP/PCI configuration" section you will find " Assign IRQ to VGA" so have a look there.
