Can anyone tell me how i can check IRQ allocation on Windows Vista?

Found it in system information.

That isn't something you should be worried about anyway, the IRQs presented there don't really mean anything and can't be changed anyway since the real IRQs are hard-wired to the physical slots on your motherboard.
