I'm gettin alot of stop errors and I can't download anything or it will blue screen.

ACPI systems often put lots of things on IRQ 9. Perfectly normal. Works fine. Probably NOT the cause of the blue screens.

Give me the STOP code and parameters.

Here is the Blue Screen Message:

Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x0f571f70) 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x0f571f1f70

Driver IRQL not less or equal

Interesting. I can't find any hits on that in my database. (Don't ask.)

Get pstat.exe from the resource kit and run:

pstat > pstat.txt

Go through pstat.txt and find which driver (the section at the bottom of the text file) contains address 0x0f571f70.

I've never used PM on these forums, but if you can tell me how, I'll work with you on this.

Do you have a memory dump from the crash?

Is this Win2k? Try changing your computer from ACPI Complaint PC to STandard PC (in Device Manager, under "COMPUTER", just update the driver and view all available ones.
