I've seen these on Woot, but I believe this is the lowest price I've seen even without the PayPal $10 instant rebate. Shipping was an additional $7.49 for me.
 
Its a bad idea. If you look at the pictures, the shingles do not hang over the gutter. In real life, they do, and from the height of that brush, it will either lift them up when they spin, and let water under them, or break them off.
