I have read hundreds of owner reviews, hit the forum on their English site and even downloaded the owner's manual and am down to three minor questions without answers (yet). I'm hoping you folks can help me out some.
1. Can the unit work with only the external battery pack or would it still need the two internal gum stick dealios in it to function?
2. Is there a delay between songs? I often listen to live Dead shows and so there is often no break in the music. If so, then how long is the delay and does it also affect music CDs or just MP3s? I am used to Winamp adding a half second delay between tracks for MP3s and so can live with that if need be.
3. Is it difficult to remove a CD from the player? I finally held one today at a store and when I went to remove the CD I pushed the center hub as I would any other CD player I have ever used but it did not pop the CD up for me. Is this normal? How does one get the CD to pop up if so?
