Irish Carbombs...

Have any of you ever tried them? They're REALLY good and quite strong.

The Carbomb is actually composed of 3 beverages. and the proper recipe is as follows:


Take one pint glass and fill it 3/4 of the way with Guinness.

After it settles, pour in one shot of Jameson's Irish Whiksey

Then when you're ready to drink, drop the shot of Bailey's and finish as quikly as possible. Be aware that, you don't want that Bailey's to curdle on you. If you don't do it FAST enough, the Bailey's will curd, and its really really nasty to take. This concoction, if done right, tastes like chocolate Yoo-hoo.
 
actually it is half shot of irish whiskey and irish cream and placed in a shot glass then dropped into the mug and
you are right they are darn good
 
Having had more then a couple, I can attest to not wanting the cream to curdle... gave my stomach fits, and then gutrot later that evening... decent drink overall... makes Guiness easier to drink for those who are so into bitters..
