Ireland Mulls 'Fat Tax' to Curb Obesity Levels and Ban "Happy Hour"

I can see charging extra such as two seats when a fat person takes up the extra resources but ban Happy Hour???

Last Happy Hour I went to didn't serve Big Macs or french fries....
