iReboot 1.1.1 and Boot Managers

I like the idea that I can use iReboot 1.1.1 within Win7 to manage boot partitions.

Just for giggles, anyone use it and/or know of any alternatives?

I'd like to partition my drive for Ubuntu 12.04, ESXI and Win7.
