That error message could indicate a large number of different problems. The error page will usually have an error code (format 0x000000..) and additional information after the message naming the actual file or driver that caused the error. If you can provide that information we may be able to help you fix the issue.

First, you should disable automatic restart (guide in my sig). You can also use DClive's dump guide (in my sig) to debug your dump files (made at crash) to see if it is caused by a driver.

The error can be caused by many different things, but in my experience it most often involves drivers or BIOS versions/settings.
