Besides, it's Saddam we're after. The French don't do things like create weapons of mass destruction, support terrorist activity, and harass our allies.

Plus, we probably have a soft spot for them after they helped us push England back so many years ago.

I'm also thinking there wouldn't be much contest were we to go all-out with France. We'd have them down before they could count to trois.
