Does the story have any clue of how old he was when he entered the wall? And how old when he came out? On a side note, this story has something funny about it (maybe b/c it's posted by Brutuskend).

I don't think so. Would you prefer to spend the same 22 years in a stinky overcrowded prison with Bubba as your hmmm... you know whom? I think it's better to stay at home in this case, much better than prison. Prolly better food, etc, no crap like in jail etc.
