Umm.......no, they didn't. They found empty warheads CAPABLE of carrying chemicals.

Yeah, because an Iraqi nuclear scientist felt the need to drive out to show it to them, and because the UN nuclear inspectors inspected it.

Not to mention it was not on the "We have already cleaned these sites" approved site list that the inspectors were supposed to visit.
