Iranian missile test

I'm seeing ticker reports of an Iranian missile that has been tested today. Apparantly it can evade detection from radar.

Anyone else seen anything on this?

TEHRAN, IRAN ? Iran successfully test-fired a locally made missile with the ability to carry a warhead and avoid radar, the airforce chief of the elite Revolutionary Guards said Friday.

"Today, a remarkable goal of the Islamic Republic of Iran's defence forces was realized with the successful test-firing of a new missile with greater technical and tactical capabilities than those previously produced," Gen. Hossein Salami said on state-run television.

you can't really stealthize anything with a big flame shooting out the arse end.

unless they mean it has radar evasive measures (flying low, zig-zaggy stuff, etc)

Flames aren't really picked up on radar. Perhaps you're confusing a heat signature with radar signature?
 
Doesn't say if it's a ballistic missile or a cruise missle.

A few years back apparently they obtained a handful of AS-15 cruise missles, maybe they build something by reverse engineering those.
