He directly answered the question, giving the sound reasoning why you don't negotiate with US citizens in this manner.

Obama did credit the guy with being an asshole, just in the nicest way possible. He's good with children, so it all kinda flows together.

Out of curiosity i clicked on FauxNews and i must admitt that i m amazed at how much this site is entertaining for whom is in need of a deep dive in stupidity...

Other than that Obama s move is worthy of the best moments of diplomacy as well as home political strategy.

He's learning. The way the deal is structured, Obama can make it go through, leaving Repubs with the same hurf burf they spouted over legalized marijuana.

He could just say "In yo' faces, war mongering bitches!" but he's way too polite & articulate for that.

The louder they squeal, the more they reveal themselves to be just that, so bring it on.

This was obviously a difficult deal from a domestic politics POV for both sides. I expect Iran to move quickly into compliance to bolt it down tight long before Obama's term is up. With a deal in place, past "nuclear weapons related research" doesn't even matter. No "Gotcha!" for the war mongers in that. I doubt we'll even want to inspect the places where it allegedly occurred. Why bother when no weapons grade materials means no weapons?

I think Russia is a net energy exporter, but, yeh, it should hold down oil prices.
