The only way the search works for me is if I make it search the "Title and Summary". "Title or Body" doesn't work.

That one works. I usually use the search button at the top though because I'm usually in the thread when I search.

Also, NOT the search field inside of the thread. The search in the main off topic page.

The reason why I can tell that you didn't use the search in the main OT page is because you don't get that message when results aren't found. That's only when you search within the thread.
