coolest thing ever, there are already a few very cool remote apps in the App Store. But I think with the release of this we'll hopefully a remote app that'll make an iPad more powerful then a Pronto. An iPad with IR > Pronto 9800, but for about half the cost!

As soon as they have the program guide in software I'm buying one of these.

I can't imagine it'd be hard. There's already several dedicated apps for program guides, so all it would take is for the remote app to "port" the same type of guide into their app.
