IPX to TCP/IP

My friends small office (7 computers & server) The guy who worked there set it up and quit. He did the system in 94 so its old. Most of the computers have been changed along the way (pll 350). The server is on the its last leg. I want to ghost the files off the server to a raid (ide) setup. They are suing IPX The lan cards wont let me change to tcp/ip they are old isa. They are running win 98se. I am going to but new lan cards, PCI but I cant shut the system down to do a new tcp/ip setup. Can I add the new nic's along with the old cards? I would like to have the 2 lans running side by side then take down the IPX setup. As you know IPX has no real address. OK give me some good ways to go. I know you guys know your stuff. Thanks

TCP/IP is a protocol. It doesn't care if your NICs are ISA, EISA, PCI or even MCA.
