ipx over tcp?

How to do this? I use winroute but have no clue how to setup IPX over TCP. I wish to play Landwarrior with a friend over TCP/IP but Landwarrior only supports an IPX connection.

Any other software needed?

You can't "ipx over tcp/ip". You can create a vpn, virtual private network, this will allow you two computers to use the ipx protocal over the internet.
