For a mixture of movie watching and game playing, what of these 2 is the best technology?

You'd want something that can get deep blacks for movies and low input lag for gaming. For that, you'd want specific reviews, not a general panel type. Exact statistics will vary from panel to panel, monitor to monitor? What size did you want (in pixels) and what's your price range?

Also, if you're not in the United States, it'll take a little more effort to find the same monitor, but it shouldn't be too hard.
