ipod woes.

I have played several t.v shows and movies on my ipod throughout my 8 month ownership. But today when I selected videos expecting a nice episode of South Park, I was instead greeted with a single shot picture of the first frame, and the audio.


Why?


I want to watch the show. Not a picture and some audio.


Does anyone have a solution?!!
