Question for Ipod Video owners: how long does it usually take for your Ipod to appear in Itunes after it was connected to the computer? Mine takes forever on a PC (probably a software problem though,) and about 15-20 seconds on a G4 Powerbook. Does the 20 second time sound about normal, or is it taking too long?
 
Can't speak for the ipod video, but for my ipod mini it takes around 10 secs to connect on my laptop
