Ipod video/photo question

Do you have to get them separately? I have over 1000 songs and I seriously don't want to drag them out one by one. I think itunes will only let you put album art if you bought the songs off them....any ideas?

thanks!

First of all, with iTunes 7, you can easily get the album art off of the Apple servers without having to pay for the songs or the album art. If you got your songs from another source other than iTunes, they will still update your album art. If you listen to nonmainstream music, then it might be harder and you have to make sure that the songs are on iTunes itself otherwise you will not be able to download any album art.

You can add cover art a whole album at a time. Just select all the tracks, ctrl-I, and then paste in the picture. Or you can paste the picture in the main window if you are showing the album art in the bottom left corner.
