iPod Video Headphone Jack Replacement

My IPod Video 30gb needs a new headphone jack, the right channel consistently cuts out. I've priced them at ifixipodsfast.com at 45 shipped, but I found a few ebay auctions for the same part for about 32 shipped. The Ebay auctions show a very similar part, but it looks like the hold switch is different; like its just a small black piece of plastic rather than the silver slider that goes across the top of the IPod. Anyone have any experience with these?

It seems to be a pretty common problem, I wish there was an easier way to fix it.
 
All you do is transfer the silver plastic part from your current hold switch to the new headphone jack/hold switch.

It's fairly easy to do if you watch how to take it apart. Otherwise the ifixipodsfast.com price includes installation, so you can let me install it.
