IPod Video Headphone Jack Replacement

My IPod Video 30gb needs a new headphone jack, the right channel consistently cuts out. I've priced them at ifixipodsfast.com at 45 shipped, but I found a few ebay auctions for the same part for about 32 shipped. The Ebay auctions show a very similar part, but it looks like the hold switch is different; like its just a small black piece of plastic rather than the silver slider that goes across the top of the IPod. Anyone have any experience with these?
 
The only difference is for $45 I'll install the headphone jack, while the sellers on ebay... well I don't know what they charge but I know it isn't free...

Most of the headphone jack / hold switch components sold on the web for the iPod Video do not include the plastic piece that covers the hold switch... that little black switch is the actual component for the hold switch. All you have to do is transfer your plastic hold switch from your old one to the new headphone jack / hold switch.
