So after many weeks of reading your forums, I've finally joined and am making my first post. I could use some suggestions.
I just received the new 60G iPod Photo as a gift, and installed iTunes on a friend's computer while I was fixing mine, so I could begin downloading music. Once my computer was up and running, I installed iTunes on my computer, and plugged my iPod in, and it recognized it just fine. But my friend's computer suddenly no longer recognizes it, and every time I go to update my iPod and download songs to it from my computer, my computer automatically reboots.
So in short, I can't download anything, because my friend's computer won't recognize it, and my computer reboots. I tried to contact Apple about it, but I can't find anything on their webpage that pertains, and I'll have to "pay a small fee" to call them, damn bastards. Any suggestions? I fully realize this could be a hardware problem ...
Thanks in advance.
