iPod Touch Wifi Issues

My iPod Touch connects to the wireless network, but cannot access the internet. When I check the router's control panel (Buffalo WHR-HP-G54), I see it connected but it does not have a leased IP. I've tried setting this manually, but it still doesn't work. How can I get the router to automatically issue an IP?
