Ipod Touch Question

Hey does anyone have the first generation ipod touch? Im looking for headphones that can control the volume and also let me rewind or fast forward to the next song thru the headphones (remote) The 2nd generation itouch has headphone that can do this but its only compatible with the the 2nd generation not the first
 
I had a 1st gen, but sold it to get an iPhone 3g. I would bet that a call to your Apple Store would let you know real quick. But I would think, since they all run on the same firmware, that the iPhone headphones would also control the iPodTouch (1st gen).
 
AFAIK no such headphones exist, the circuitry does not exist on the 1st generation iPod Touch.
 
ok thanks guys when i talk to the apple rep over the phone he mentioned the vdo headphones but when i look them up it doesn't say anything about the remote feature
